"An amazing find while road tripping. Best steak tartare ever (meat was to die for, not many embellishments.) The onglet picked from the counter was also far above the standard in France. Reasonable wines and liqueurs by the drink. Kind service, they also did a kid's menu for the youngest. We called that afternoon to book. Support small business in this cute little town with important U.S. military history!"

"Boucherie charcuterie familiale depuis plusieurs générations mais depuis quelques temps déjà une nouvelle corde à l’arc de ses artisans de renom … un superbe restaurant. De la viande de qualité évidemment servi lors des repas (accompagné de vin fin au choix…) … à un prix très compétitif. Que vous soyez de vrais sammiellois ou que de passage sur Saint-Mihiel … pas d’hésitation … un petit resto chez Polmard"

"10/10 un sans faute , les quantités sont présentes la qualité est au rendez vous ! Notre repas a était délicieux copieux riche en saveur , les papilles crient encore !!!! Je ne peux pas dire qu'il y a eu un trop où un pas assez car franchement on est très près de la perfection rien a redire . Ambiance génial , service au top avec un sourire et une bonne humeur !!! Nous n'avons rien a redire sauf ... ENCORE !!!!"
